This procedure is prepared to determine the confidentiality and impartiality methods related with HCC EAST AFRICAN HALAL CONFIRMATION CENTER LIMITED Halal Certification activities.

5. IMPLEMENTATION
5.1 MANAGEMENT OF CONFIDENTIALITY
All the documents/records that are related with the activities in HCC EAST AFRICAN HALAL CONFIRMATION CENTER LIMITED Halal Certification are accepted as confidential. And these are mentioned below:
- From the application of conformity assessment till the result of application of the establishment (customer), all documents of analysis reports, test reports, e-mails and other knowledge including soft copy of documents, records.

After signing the Confidentiality, Independence and Impartiality contract, personnel contract, contract, personnel can reach the document of establishment or be appointed in the halal certification process.
